Aaron has been my personal trainer since the 90's. I started this rehabilitative training program after having sustained a back injury in a motor vehicle accident. The program was to focus on the strengthening of my rhomboid, deltoid, trapezius, and abdominal muscles. During these training sessions I have found Aaron to be a considerate, conscientious and courteous persons who plans and does the work necessary for me to attain my earlier good fitness level. All training sessions by him have been carried out with enthusiasm and skill. His confidence and sureness along with a well-executed training program have enabled me to return to my numerous sports activities; golf, walking, hiking, etc., that I enjoyed prior to the accident. Particularly gratifying to me is that my athletic ability in these sports has not been diminished in any way (I have not been able to golf for a year and yet I entered a tournament yesterday and was able to win first prize!). Aaron's excellent teaching and training abilities and his unobtrusive encouragement has certainly helped me to strive towards my former fitness level. He demonstrates a great deal of educational ability which enhances his training abilities.

In 2017, I sustained a fracture to the outside of my left foot while running up the stairs to check on my granddaughters. After months of using a knee scooter and a walking boot my foot still wasn't healing. Then, on Aaron's recommendation, I saw a physiotherapist who used a different treatment approach and I started weight bearing again. Thankfully, the bone started healing, but I was still having great difficulty walking due to months of not using my muscles. Aaron gave me a wobble board and an Airex balance pad to use along with five exercises to strengthen the muscles in my ankle, foot, and hip, and to improve my balance. A month after completing the exercises three days per week, I am happy to say that my walking and mobility improved substantially back to pre-injury levels, particularly when walking down the stairs. Also, a follow up X-ray showed that the fracture was totally healed! I strongly recommend Aaron as your kinesiologist to help you get back in the game!

I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts on the outdoor running clinic that Aaron facilitated over the summer, in which both my 15-year-old daughter and 9-year-old son participated. The age range of the children in the clinic varied from 7 to 15 years old, and I was genuinely impressed by Aaron's ability to coach, teach, and motivate each child effectively. He demonstrated a remarkable skill in explaining concepts in a way that was not only easy to understand but also engaging for the kids. It was evident that he tailored his approach to accommodate the different personalities and learning needs present in the group. What stood out the most was how he managed to create an enjoyable atmosphere while ensuring that the children were able to apply what they learned. My kids had a fantastic time, and I could see their confidence grow with each session. Thank you for providing such a valuable experience for the young athletes in our community. Aaron's dedication and expertise made a significant impact on my children, and I look forward to seeing them apply their newfound skills in the future.

All 3 of my boys enjoyed Aaron’s training. They understand their body better and they learned how to engage specific muscles in order to move faster. They really enjoyed the deeper knowledge they gained.
